    Property Developers Span Group wanted to provide a first-class environment for aspiring professionals working in the city. Following a competitive pitch process, Span Group selected us to carry out a split-level fit out in London’s King’s Cross area.

    The brief was to provide functional, manageable and engaging space. Our team developed an open plan design plan with private meeting areas to encourage communication and support-focused work.

  • The new space

    Spread over 4,000 sq ft of split-level space, the office includes working pods, breakout areas, meeting rooms and open plan desking. Our designer used colourful graphics alongside clean finishes to provide a fresh, light and refreshing feel.
