As an UAE Enterprise with a global client portfolio, ADS Securities are a new force in global trading. For their first lease-held office in central London, ADS Securities wanted a high-specification office fit out with contemporary tailor-made interiors, reflective of a London centric financial market.

Manage and build

The space offers employees the opportunity to choose an environment that is right for the task in hand. We crafted a bespoke, multifunctional work wall with flexible desking to support the variety of functions within their office. Employee wellbeing, wellness and productivity were also focal points of the design, as we paid particular attention to good lighting, clean air and flexible climate control.

The new space

Using our deep understanding of new ways of working and clever spatial planning, we created a highly functional, open plan workspace with a number of multifunctional boardrooms, executive lounges and flexible desking. The polish and finesse of the finished project is a result of sophisticated colour choices, bespoke joinery and classic wooden and metal finishes.
