    Our client is a leading investment firm with their business focus on global growth equity. Their offices were tired and lacking comfort; the basis of the brief was to do a complete refresh of the space. They knew what they wanted from the start and readily agreed to our initial design which realised their vision.

    One of the key stages of the project was refitting the mechanical and electrical services in the office which were not performing to their full capacity. As this required significant deconstruction of the space our team had to consider careful phasing in order to coordinate the change around the client. It was essential to cause as little disruption to their work as possible which was successfully achieved within a short space of time.

    We have provided our client with a new environment that is entirely fresh and practical. The general flow of the altered space allows for better connectivity between departments and features improved amenities throughout. The reception area has been reoriented, more desks added to the open plan area, with additional offices and meeting rooms offering a more balanced dynamic of working practices. We also dressed the office with new furniture and artwork – the final ingredients to the transformation of our client’s home.
