    As one of the largest IT companies in the world, Ricoh’s reputation as the total printing solutions provider is becoming well established. We were tasked with providing an office space and working solution for 350 of Ricoh’s employees, on a fast track timescale, which of course, had to be within budget.

    We held multiple design workshops to fully understand Ricoh’s vision for their new workplace. Overall, the design is clean and professional with a hint of ‘fun’. Through innovative space planning we were able to design a functional office space for Ricoh’s team.

  • The new space

    We designed a bespoke and very impressive front-of-house reception area for clients and team members to meet and greet.

    Within the open plan space, we incorporated a central, modern and fun breakout area, informal meeting areas and plug-in points to further encourage collaboration among team members. The main boardroom consisted of custom-made furniture and audiovisual installations.
