    Our client is a private equity firm that invests in new opportunities to transform both international and domestic businesses. They were a year out from their lease expiry and wanted to change their style of work to a more open plan environment from their restrictive cellular layout. It was important to incorporate areas for collaborative work that would support their business nature. They were keen to include corporate branding throughout the office with the heart of the space comprising of a teapoint where social interactions could take place.

    We worked with our client from the beginning of their search in order to meet all of their specific needs. This included extensive building due diligence, reaching a solution on how the Cat B would fit into the Cat A in order to save money on their chosen site. Alongside this, we performed validations on the existing systems before delivering the project in a smooth and timely manner.

    The company now benefits from an accessible open plan layout that is inviting and inclusive for both clients and employees alike. The new space consists of a central teapoint and bar, spacious meeting rooms, reception, boardroom and gym. There is also a large balcony with additional seating that contributes to the multiple breakout areas available. We supported our client with their decisions throughout the project and were pleased to impress them with the speed of our delivery for a high-specification project.
