Consult and design
Our fit out for WeWork Devonshire Square is our second project for the global coworking provider. Over 12 weeks, we completed a Cat A and Cat B refurbishment and fit out. They were clear about what they wanted to achieve from this refurbishment: they wanted a high specification office fit out in keeping with their brand and other projects in London and New York. Their main focus was to allow a number of businesses and individuals to come together and work simultaneously within the space.

Manage and build
We collaborated with WeWork’s designers and constructed a design with an efficient space plan that mirrored the look and feel of their other workspaces. To ensure the space remained consistent with their global brand we used their signature flooring, furniture and finishes. In this combined fit out and refurbishment project our solution surpassed the usual design and build delivery. We programmed and synced the IT connectivity, audio visualisation equipment and security systems to enable WeWork to manage the new space remotely from their headquarters.

The new space
The new space includes many cellular offices combined with open plan spaces to allow companies and individuals to choose and alternate between their working environments. The two breakout spaces feature quirky kitchen facilities and a beer tap near the reception to further incorporate that WeWork panache. WeWork is delighted with their new office fit out and we are continuing to work with them to create more innovative and inspiring coworking spaces.
