We work across the UK and our studios in London, Guildford, Manchester and Birmingham enable us to offer nationwide coverage to our clients.
We’re over 200 people across design, graphics, contracts, project management, marketing and business development. As commercial design experts, it is important for us to operate from multiple locations to provide a consistent level of service to all of our clients and ensure we are strategically positioned to deliver projects to a high standard wherever they are in the UK.
Oktra are one of the few office design companies that operates from multiple studios, which enables us to provide our clients with an enhanced local knowledge and well-resourced supplier network. We have focused on creating bespoke teams based on their experience in specific areas and buildings to ensure we are providing a best-in-class design and delivery service.

London
Our London office in the Johnson Building is our UK headquarters and serves all of our clients with projects inside the M25.
The London studio acts as the main hub for the business and connects the three other studios as the central office. Oktra have been designing and building offices in London for over 25 years, working across the capital. From the West End to Shoreditch, we have delivered offices for clients in landmark buildings like the Shard, 22 Bishopsgate and the Walkie Talkie.

Guildford
The studio in Guildford was our first regional studio and operates as a gateway to influential business hubs in the south of England.
The team based in the Guildford studio are responsible for working with clients outside London and have designed offices in Cambridge, Reading and Bristol. This studio was designed by our internal team with the ambition of building a collaborative workspace in the South of England which was connected to important business destinations.

Birmingham
Our Birmingham studio is in Bennetts Hill House, a fantastic location in the centre of Birmingham.
Oktra has worked in Birmingham and other large cities in the Midlands with a variety of businesses in different sectors. Our teams have delivered several projects for clients in Lee Valley Business Park, Royal Leamington Spa, Northampton and Birmingham City Centre. We have extensive experience of designing and building offices in desirable buildings in Birmingham, most recently working on multiple projects within 103 Colmore Row.

Manchester
The Manchester studio is our most northerly studio and serves as a strategic hub to support clients with projects in Manchester.
Our Manchester studio is in the Hyphen Building which we delivered the Cat A and Cat B refurbishment on in partnership with landlord Boultbee Brooks. From this studio, we are able to deliver office fit outs in cities like Liverpool, Leeds and Sheffield.
