Consult and design

Founded in 2009, White Oak is a specialist Insurance Underwriting Agency focussing on selected markets that require expert underwriting solutions. Having outgrown their serviced office space in Lloyds of London, they needed to relocate to somewhere that they could call home. White Oak wanted an office with an upper-class lounge look and feel to accommodate guest and visiting brokers.

Manage and build

Their previous office had poor acoustics and suffered from a lack of natural lighting which affected their daily operations. After extensive research, creative designs and interviews with the stake holders, we agreed on a design to suit their needs by bringing quality, elegance and style together. This building was fully occupied with other tenants at the time so we had to make sure we were conscientious during our eight week project.

The new space

We constructed an open plan space for underwriters and the administration team which includes: a lounge area for brokers within a meeting suite and a beverage station with an impressive reception area to make all visitors feel welcome.
