Jamie Firman Appointed Head of Sustainability and Environmental at Oktra

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Jamie Firman as Head of Sustainability and Environmental at Oktra, reinforcing our commitment to delivering industry-leading sustainable workspaces for our clients.

Jamie joins Oktra with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, including construction and project management. His career has spanned roles at global firms, where he has led industry-leading sustainability initiatives and accreditations on large-scale commercial developments, driving environmentally responsible construction practices while supporting businesses with their sustainability targets.

At Oktra, Jamie will lead the strategic development and implementation of our sustainability and environmental agenda across the business. Working closely with our project teams, designers, and clients, Jamie will champion sustainability from the earliest stages of design through to construction and project aftercare. He will be integral in driving progress toward our ESG goals, which include carbon emission reduction, increasing circularity across our projects and improving our social impact.

Jamie’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Oktra, as we celebrate our 30th anniversary and look ahead to the future of workplace design. Our clients are placing sustainability at the heart of their business strategies, and Jamie will play a key role in helping them achieve their ambitious goals.
