We’re heading to One Olympia on 3rd November for Bisnow’s UK Office Series, where our Chief Creative Officer, Dominic Dugan, will be speaking on a panel: Meaningful Places, Designing Workplaces That Attract, Retain and Perform.

The panel will explore what occupiers want from their space today and what it takes to deliver it. Topics include what wins an occupier over in the first five minutes of a viewing, how wish lists have changed over the past three years, and whether large floor plates or smaller, characterful buildings are better placed for the next 20 years.

The discussion will also cover designing a building that works for both the first tenant and the next, how record fit-out costs are shaping decisions for tenants and landlords, why light, air and sound are so hard to get right in existing buildings, and where projects most often go off track between the drawings and move-in day.
