Project Director Sarah Edwards joins the Oktra Voices podcast and shares her thoughts on the importance of building strong client relationships during the design and build process.
With every project having such a unique set of requirements and variables, each client will approach their projects in different ways. Sarah talks us through the process of building briefs with clients as well as how to give just enough advice without overcomplicating decisions. A lot of time is invested into office design projects upfront and the success of a project can be determined by the quality of the relationship. Sarah’s view is that the mark of a good job is when clients return three or five years down the line and that is an attitude she carries into all her projects.
