We have been selected to deliver WeWork’s largest coworking office in the UK working with PDS as project manager.

The firm has just leased 168,000 sq ft at Brookfield’s Moor Place development in Moorgate, London EC1.

Oktra will fit out coworking, meeting and collaboration space on the ground to seventh floors in the 210,000 sq ft property, designed by WeWork’s in-house architect.

Works have started on site this week being delivered as a design and build project over three phases completing in September.

WeWork has significantly expanded its UK presence in recent months, with Moor Place the largest by far. We have already worked with the firm in Soho and understand the concept they strive to create – a space for creatives, where they can get the support, inspiration and community they need to thrive. Moor House will be an exciting new venue in the City for their progressive offer.
