  • Oktra hosted a virtual event with industry leading experts to answer the question, is your workplace ready for hybrid working? The panel discussed the impact of hybrid working on the workplace to give their perspective on how hybrid working is beginning to shape the built environment.

    With many factors to consider around workplace design, talent attraction and the best long-term strategy for hybrid working, we wanted to bring together a range of experts to understand the types of things businesses should be considering in their approach to hybrid work. The panel was hosted by Oktra and included Andy Johnston, Key Accounts Manager at BRITA VIVREAU, Harry Thomson, Vice President of Design at Knotel, David Gwilliam, Partner at RSM and Lee Baxter, Workplace Technology Consultant at UNCODED.

    Research shows that 60% of businesses are expected to adopt a hybrid working policy in 2022 but as leading workplace designers, we know there will be a multitude of challenges for businesses to overcome before they adopt hybrid working successfully.
