Following our successful project delivering Europa Capital’s office on Sloane Square, the investment managers approached us to reposition their asset at One Eton Street. In accordance with business’ requirements for offices outside of London to be finished to the best specification, our client saw the opportunity to restyle One Eton Street to attract new tenants and entice the anchor tenants to remain in the building.
We refurbished the landlord common parts and added central amenities to reflect modern design trends. The dated reception has been upgraded to a contemporary boutique hotel-inspired space; a soft, residential aesthetic replaces the polished, corporate design and will appeal to the more modern firms moving into the Richmond area. We installed end-of-trip facilities in the basement to support commuters including a shower and cycle racks, and refurbished the lift lobbies, stairwells, and WCs throughout the building.
The double-storey reception features premium timber flooring that runs seamlessly up the stairwell and through the lobbies, giving the communal space a consistent and welcoming look and feel. Bespoke elements such as the Crittal mirrored backdrop and metal framework reflecting the building façade, feature lighting, and fluted detailing, all accentuate the sensitivity of the space and lend a premium touch to the building entrance.
With a refined design and modern amenities, One Eton Street is primed to welcome businesses looking for a premium office space outside of the City.
We illustrate how design and build services like Value Add and Built to Lease can help landlords make the most of their offering and become more attractive to potential tenants. Download our free booklet today.
