We worked in collaboration with WeWork’s team to design and build a space that promotes collaboration and creativity. This coworking environment is spread over six floors and is a hot spot for client meetings and an easy walk from Chancery Lane Underground station.

Shaped
This project surpassed the usual design and build delivery. Our team worked around the clock to create and deliver this remarkable collaborative workspace. The listed building boasts an impressive interior celebrating a large heritage wall. We arranged strips of artificial ivy on each floor facing the atrium to bring the outdoors in. We also covered a large wall reaching up towards the third floor with petrified moss to create a striking natural feature.

Transformed
An ornate gothic archway serves as a striking entrance to WeWork Waterhouse Square. It houses the reception, community bar, lounge, pantry and hot desk benches. A dropdown projector is used to transform the space into the perfect venue for hosting events.
