  • Reimagining Capsticks' Workplace: A Unified, Agile, and Future-Ready Space

  • Reimagined space

    After delivering Capsticks’ destination office in Birmingham, we had the opportunity to work with them again to redesign their Winchester office at Staple House. To move away from the previous two-floor layout, we consolidated the workplace, bringing all colleagues together into a single, unified space. The goal was to create a flexible, inclusive design that reflected the strength and unique identity of their brand.

  • A striking first impression

    A striking landing area welcomes colleagues and visitors, proudly showcasing Capsticks’ brand identity and setting the tone for a memorable workplace experience. Here, a triangular breakout space stands as a dynamic hub for team collaboration, encouraging interaction away from desks. Designed for both formal and informal gatherings, it features a roundtable and elevated sofa to accommodate larger groups, creating an inviting atmosphere upon arrival.

  • A flexible approach

    Capsticks’ redesign supports their agile work style, offering flexibility and promoting a fluid team dynamic. To ensure confidentiality, we implemented acoustic treatments throughout, particularly in video conferencing areas and the boardroom, where sensitive court hearings and high-level meetings occur. By balancing collaboration with privacy, the space enables individuals to work in different ways throughout the day.
