Crowe UK has been shortlisted at the 2021 FX Awards in the Workspace Environment Small (Under 40,000 sq ft) Category.
The FX Awards are international design awards that celebrate product and interior design across the hospitality and commercial sectors. This year will see the awards event hosted online on the 24th November by comedian, Mark Steel.
Crowe UK’s office is in 55 Ludgate Hill – a striking property with rich architectural detail. The inherent characteristics of the building inspired the fluidity running through the space. The half-arches used within the office design were inspired by the characteristic of the Thameslink train line which runs underneath the property.
The central atrium forms a key feature of their workspace providing abundant natural light and a focal point filled with hanging plants and 4-metre tall petrified tree. For more details on the project, you can read the Crowe UK case study.
Our office design for Crowe UK has also made the shortlist for the SBID Awards this year and we are proud to be named as finalists at the FX Awards. It is a great achievement to have design and build projects recognised alongside global architecture firms.
