Oktra Achieve Excellent Site Status Award

Oktra has achieved an Excellent Site Status from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) for our project with Fora at 20 Grosvenor Street.

The CCS is an independent organisation that was established as a quality control scheme for construction sites. This is an industry standard benchmark that helps to raise the profile of our sites and show that we are operating our sites in accordance with the criteria in the Code of Considerate Practice.

Our site at 20 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair demonstrated a high level of consideration in all areas and achieved a score of 43/45. This is an exceptional score and highlights the hard work carried out by all the team. It is important to always operate best practice on site and this award proves that our staff on site have taken care to go beyond requirements on this project.
