Oktra launches new podcast “Oktra Voices”

Oktra are pleased to announce the launch of a new limited series podcast, Oktra Voices. What initially began as an internal comms project quickly evolved into something that offered us a unique opportunity to share valuable conversations from our expert team.

As the UK’s leading office company, we focus on the collective achievements of the Oktra brand rather than highlighting the efforts of our individual team members. While the unity of the business is essential for our growth and continued success, we also recognise the vast array of talent behind the brand that covers every aspect of workplace design and build.

Taking the initial objective of improving the knowledge of the roles and knowledge of the people around the business, building it into a podcast allows us to provide behind the scenes access to our clients and prospect, as well as our internal teams. The aim is to provide more education around our processes and discuss important topics within specialist areas relating to workplace design.

Joining the podcast for the first episode is Creative Director Sean Espinasse. Hosted by our Head of Content Tom Hitch, Sean discusses the role of data in the design process and shares his thoughts on workplace experience.
