    Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) have been a pioneering force in the planning, design and implementation of development projects in the Middle East, Africa and Asia since its beginnings in 1956. Today, they are a global consultancy with 43 offices throughout 30 countries, known for their problem identification, tailor-made designs, quality and multidisciplinary expertise. The DAR group brought together a number of different departments and businesses into a single building in Wigmore Street and appointed our team to assist with the design and fit out process.

    Each business had different needs and requirements, from vibrant creative departments to cerebral statisticians, all of which had to be accommodated whilst creating a cohesive aesthetic.

  • The new space

    The space included a high-end front of house to host top-level meetings of their Middle Eastern owners. A huge boardroom allows teleconferences and meetings of up to 34 people, with a centralised teapoint and breakout space allowing for agile working and offers team members the opportunity to work away from their desks.
