    Investec provide a range of financial products and services to a niche client base in three principal markets across the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia. Investec is organised as a network comprising of six business divisions and employs approximately 6,000 people worldwide. In 2009, we began a rolling in-situ refurbishment of a number of key areas in Investec’s London headquarters in Gresham Street EC2.

    The spaces have been designed in conjunction with Investec’s in-house architect and Brand Guardian to ensure the sustainability of their global aesthetic. The most critical element of the working solution has been the careful phasing and programming of the works so as to avoid any disruption to the bank’s staff and operations.

  • Transformed

    Investec now benefits from a space that is fit for purpose and enhances their business. The new offices are comprised of meeting suites, staff changing rooms, breakout spaces and a café. Two large meeting rooms now combine to form an auditorium or broadcasting suite that can hold up to 200 people.
