    Iona Capital manages investments to support renewable infrastructure projects in Bioenergy. They wanted to reflect their relationship with the environment within their new office, using wood and earthy tones.

    The space in the building had a new Cat A fit out and Iona Capital was taking up the first tenant space inside. This allowed for a more flexible transition into the space, with our team conducting weekly meetings on site with Iona Capital.

    The neutral colour palette with wooden furnishings and biophilic elements exhibit Iona Capital’s connection to nature. The space is divided into a client-facing area with a teapoint and open plan for employees. A ‘library’ style agile table allows team members to work away from their desks with a large private agile booth providing the latest tech to facilitate any meeting. The elegant boardroom features manifestations of energy symbols on the glass walls, visualising the core of the business.
