Elevating Manchester presence

Following our first project with LHV Bank in London, we collaborated once again to fit out their new Manchester office. The Estonian bank was looking to expand its reach in the UK and acquired a local bank as part of their growth strategy, leading the team to relocate from their serviced office space into a permanent home on the 7th floor of Chancery Place in Manchester. The Manchester space reflects the design standards set by the London office, replicating the premium, professional client experience that we created at 1 Angel Court, London.

Exemplifying global standards

Working with LHV Bank’s architect, we translated their design concepts into reality within the Chancery Place floorplate, aligning with their global office standards. The primary objective was to create a customer-facing presence in Manchester that mirrors the quality and experience of their London office while fostering a conducive environment for growth and team expansion.

Consistent design principles

Building upon our successful collaboration on LHV’s London office, we adopted the same design principles and aesthetic to craft a smaller yet equally impressive workspace in Manchester. Our approach focused on meticulous attention to detail and the integration of high-quality finishes and materials synonymous with LHV’s brand identity. From the slick aesthetic to the functionality of the space, the office serves as a visual testament to LHV’s commitment to excellence, with every aspect curated to reflect their brand values.

Premium amenities

Recognising the importance of employee health and wellbeing, LHV invested in amenities that enhance the overall workplace experience. The spacious kitchen area, equipped with high-quality appliances such as wine fridges, provides a comfortable and inviting space for staff to recharge and connect, as well as host clients in a professional setting.

Creating a seamless workspace

Bespoke joinery solutions were fully integrated throughout the space to house meeting room technology, kitchen facilities, a cloakroom, and storage, lending a seamless feel to the space. Meeting rooms feature enhanced levels of audio-visual connectivity, meticulously incorporated into the joinery to ensure a premium user experience and enable collaboration with colleagues and clients globally.
