We collaborated closely with architectural studio BGY to bring their vision for a private banking company’s workspace to life. With a clear understanding of the client’s needs and objectives, we detailed and built their design concepts, delivering a space that reflects their brand identity and supports their growth trajectory. Weekly meetings involving the client, architect, and project managers Gardiner & Theobald ensured alignment and progress tracking across all teams involved in the project.
Our client decided to expand their operations by leasing additional space in their current premises. Already occupying the second floor, their decision to annex a portion of the first floor necessitated a redesign and construction effort to accommodate their growing team and evolving requirements.
The new space exudes the financial firms’ brand identity of timelessness and quality. With meticulous attention to detail and high-quality finishes, the office reflects the professionalism and sophistication synonymous with the brand. Standout features of the office include a marble tea point island and elegant timber flooring.
Upon entering the office through the main lift lobby, visitors are greeted by a spacious reception area that seamlessly transitions into the open plan workplace. The centrally positioned tea point encourages interaction and collaboration, while designated single offices and conference rooms offer privacy and focus when needed. Additionally, the visitors’ area features recreational amenities like foosball and ping-pong tables, promoting employee wellbeing and engagement.
The office caters to a range of work styles and functions, incorporating single offices, a large conference room, and 80 workstations in the open plan area. With dedicated workspaces and versatile meeting areas, the office provides the infrastructure necessary for continued growth and success.
The redesigned space has changed the way the business operates, providing a scalable platform for expansion and fostering a collaborative work culture. By optimising the workspace layout and amenities, the office environment now better aligns with the company’s evolving needs and aspirations.
