Consult and design

The Northview Group was formed in 2015 following the purchase of Acenden Limited and affiliated entities by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and TPG Special Situations Partners. The need for a new office was prompted by the various companies coming together to form The Northview Group. With a vision to bring the group together under one roof, we were appointed to fit out their new office. Working closely with Northview Group’s internal project team, we guided the client through the workplace consultancy process.

Manage and build

We conducted several design workshops to gain an understanding of their daily operations and the type of office design that would best support their business structure. Keeping in mind the group’s vision of incorporating new ways of working, we created an open plan layout to encourage agile and collaborative working. The Northview Group are delighted with their new workspace. Through detailed planning, thorough workplace consultancy and refreshing interior design our team have created a remarkable working environment that fully supports The Northview Group’s needs as a fast growing business and reflects their exuberant and open company culture.

The new space

The Northview Group’s new space includes several client-facing meeting rooms, a large canteen, an open plan lounge area, a high specification fitness studio with a shower block, ‘huddle spaces’ for teams to gather, socialise and work and open plan desking consisting of 550 desks. By placing their brand name both outside the building and in their shared reception, The Northview Group branding is instantly recognisable to anyone who enters their building.
