    Tails, a pet food subscription company, sought a tailored furniture scheme to optimise movement and colleague collaboration throughout their office. The new space needed to support their dynamic work styles and promote cohesion. Our client envisioned a workspace which reflects their vibrant and welcoming spirit, while improving company culture.

  • Improving connectivity

    Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current space, addressing the client’s brief to create an agile environment. By refreshing and updating the furniture in Tails’ breakout space, we introduced elements that can be easily reconfigured to support both informal meetings and company events.

  • Fostering community

    We provided bespoke furniture solutions with ergonomic seating, bleacher style benching and cushioned footstalls. Implementing these design features provides a versatile space for group activities, company events and townhall style meetings. Tails’ new flexible agile area promotes active collaboration and daily interaction among their workforce, fostering a strong sense of community within the teams.

  • Encouraging movement

    We procured a range of acoustically protected phone booths and furnished conference rooms designed for various group sizes. Our team refreshed the meeting spaces to enhance office quality, by incorporating brand colours to create a unified feel. By optimising the existing layout, we shaped a functional environment that improves employee experience and supports hybrid working. The updated design enables movement and efficiency, ensuring the office meets the dynamic needs of Tails’ workforce.

  • Dog–friendly specifications

    Due to the unique requirements of Tails’ office environment, which includes frequent visits from dogs, both our furniture and flooring specifications had to go through a stringent testing process. Mindful of dogs as regular users of the space, our team conducted research to identify durable, scratch resistant and washable materials. We worked closely with the client to select fabrics which would not only maintain their integrity over time, but also be comfortable, colourful and canine friendly.
