  • Every organisation will have to decide whether to stay or go at least once in their business journey, so what’s the best option?

To help tenants navigate the decision of stay or go, we held an online panel discussion with industry experts to understand the key drivers behind making decisions about your office space. The panel was hosted by Tom Hitch, Head of Content at Oktra with Creative Director Sean Espinasse leading the discussion alongside David Earle from LSH and Andrew Stewart at Moorhouse. Between the three panellists, they tackled questions relating to real estate costs, the impact office space has on people in your business and the importance of finding the right building to help achieve your business ambitions. Some of the topics covered in the discussion were:

    • What is a stay vs go decision?
    • How do you decide which option is right for you?
    • What is the real cost of stay vs go?

Commercial office reports from Savills show that companies in London are making decisions on their office space. 52% of companies are upsizing their office space, 22% are downsizing and 26% are looking for the same sized space. As more businesses embrace flexible working practices their assessing the space requirements and seeking high-quality office space to help attract staff back to the office.
