LendInvest is the UK’s leading online property lending and investing business - simplifying finance through technology enabled lending.

LendInvest appointed us to build their first headquarters in London’s iconic Fitzroy Place. As this was their first permanent workspace, it was important that the office strongly reflected their brand identity; helping them to establish their presence in London as an alternative Fintech lender in the property market. Working closely with their Marketing Director, our team conducted several brand and design workshops to gain a deep understanding of their brand values, ambitions for the future, and their vision for their new workspace.

Transformed

The result is functional, intuitive, and supports their daily operations. The new office consists of a spectrum of rooms including: agile working areas, eight meeting rooms, a breakout space and several phone booths. A carefully curated selection of furniture is used to create a multitude of collaboration spaces, formal meeting rooms, touchdown points, and areas for focused work. The office layout is shaped around LendInvest’s employees’ workflow and supports their business goals; enabling them to thrive and reach new levels of productivity.
