    One of the first of many residential interior fit outs to come, with this project our team was required to turn previous office spaces into elegant living spaces. Located in Lovat Lane, our designers conceptualised a light, modern and sleek design with a funky city edge, in keeping with its location.

  • Manage and build

    Our residential project in Lovat Lane began with a complete strip out of existing office space which we took back to its original shell and core status. Once this phase was complete we built six high-specification apartments and one beautifully designed single unit penthouse. Our designers used wood and light materials throughout to keep the apartments looking bright, fresh and high end.

  • The new space

    The entire build took 20 weeks, including the installation of a brand new elevator, modifying the ground floor to satisfy very strict planning conditions and an entrance way which also went through conservation planning.
