    Dale Underwriting Partners is an independent, owner-managed Lloyd’s syndicate, providing underwriting services to brokers and clients across the world. Having outgrown their previous space, Dale Underwriting Partners required a new office to accommodate their expanding team.

    We conducted a series of meetings and workshops to conceptualise a design which maximised space and optimised performance within the set budget. Following the brief and brand guidelines, our team created a spacious and engaging environment to support the client’s new working practices.

  • Transformed

    It was a pleasure to work with Dale Underwriting Partners during this project. We successfully realised their vision to deliver a functional and productive new work environment. We incorporated break out areas into the open plan design to create additional space for company meetings and team discussions. Our designers also included broker booths – an entirely new concept, allowing for optional privacy without the need to build additional meeting rooms.
